Job Description - Social Media / Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee company communication & interactions through implementing content and community strategies
  • Create social media content: Reels, videos, images for platforms
  • Schedule, post and manage social media platforms (mainly instagram, tiktok & popup website notifications)
  • Create offers, incentives and initiatives that drive company revenue and growth with support from GM, OPs Manager and Head Trainers
  • Organize internal and external social events that build brand awareness, exposure and align brand positioning
  • Plan and shoot videos/images for branded content and paid campaigns
  • Analyze engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and plan digital campaigns to build community online presence
  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
  • Work with brand to create and implement quarterly social media strategies
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, image, voice and terminology
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
  • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through instagram
  • Ensure progress on platform by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives

Qualification / Prerequisites

  • Min 2 years of Marketing / Social Media Management experience
  • Should have experience in Fitness, Health or Beauty industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
  • Knowledge of Adobe & final Cut Pro an advantage
  • Knowledge of Photoshop & Canva
  • Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, google drive and Adobe
  • knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
  • Understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
  • Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR8,000.00 per month
