Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Associate at Qatar Electricity & Water Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through web chat. This remote work position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical issues - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Creativity and negotiation skills are a plus - No prior experience required - training will be provided
