Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure the best fit for client needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline for various roles and industries.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in headhunting and recruitment, preferably within an RPO environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant education.
• Proficiency in Arabic speaking and excellent communication skills in English.
