Job Summary

We are a dental services provider re-imagining dentistry from the ground up. We offer a full range of services, from cleanings, to restorations, to orthodontics, to oral surgery. We re building new dental studios in major metro areas across the U.S., including NYC, Washington DC, Boston etc and we re looking for Dental Hygienists to join our rapidly-growing team.

In this role as a Dental Hygienist, you will greet patients with elevated hospitality and introduce them to a unique, whole-you wellness experience. Our dental hygienists deliver top-notch care that puts patient needs first and ensures the patient knows exactly what to expect every step of the way. This includes coaching the patient on overall dental care, cleanings and assisting dentist with treatments.

Requirements

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist State License
  
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willing to obtain by first day at work
  
• Focus on results and the highest standards of patient care (Inclusive, curious, excellence-driven mindset)
  
• Clinical experience at a dental practice preferred
  
• Associates Degree through an accredited dental hygiene program.
  
• Build long-standing guest relationships through trust and education.
  
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment that values high energy and creative problem solving.
  
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
