Food & Beverage Manager

Duties and responsibilities related to the Food & Beverage Manager role:

• Overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars and room service


• In collaboration with the Director of Operations, develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability


• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business by delivering excellent service, achieved through effective trainings and development of the team


• Be creative and think outside the box, experimenting with new ways of developing and improving the department


• Be passionate about F&B, being present with your team and share your knowledge with them


• Develop the capabilities of the team and have succession plans in place, always thinking ahead and promoting personal growth


• Hire and retain new team members, embracing recruitment and trying new ways of attracting top talent

Qualification:

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.


• Minimum 2 years work experience as Senior Restaurant Manager, or Restaurant Manager in larger operation.


• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.
