Your Day to Day
As a Guest Service Manager, you will s upervise and monitor the day to day operational needs within Front Office. You will ensure that all the guest inquiries and concerns throughout their stay are addressed in a friendly and effective manner in accordance to the hotel standards. You are expected to constantly delight our guests by exceeding their expectations before, during and after their stay in the hotel.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort Excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English Knowledge in Opera PMS and other relevant systems Additional language is an added advantage Strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask Ability to lead a large and diverse team
