Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Senior Recruitment Officer
Place of Work: Doha, Qatar
Monthly Salary: From QAR 7,500 (Full package / All in)
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager who can work as Senior Recruitment Officer , with a proven track record in staff recruitment across all levels, from front-of-house to culinary leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of fine dining operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the fine dining industry.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all positions.
- Build and maintain a network of industry professionals and potential candidates.
- Partner with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to identify and recruit exceptional culinary talent, including international chefs, and front-of-house team members
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Foster a positive and engaging restaurant environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Monitor restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Cultivate a culture of exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor online reviews and social media presence, addressing any concerns or negative feedback.
- Actively seek opportunities to elevate the overall guest experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing fine dining restaurants.
- Extensive experience in recruiting and developing high-performing teams across all levels.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and culinary trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong financial acumen and business management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
