Your Day to Day 



As the Paymaster/Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll operations and financial administration for our property. Your attention to detail and expertise in financial processes will ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. You will process and oversee payroll for hotel employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will prepare payroll reports and analyze payroll data to ensure completeness and accuracy and collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.



What We Need From You 



Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: 



Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort 



  • Proven experience as a Paymaster, Payroll Administrator, or Finance Administrator in a hospitality or similar industry
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles and labor laws
  • Proficiency in payroll softwares and MS Office is essential
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
