Position: Project Feasibility and Development Director

Location: Middle East

Experience: Minimum 5 years in hotel and hospitality feasibility and development

Language: Arabic speaking not necessary, but must have Middle Eastern experience

Company: International Hotel, Resort and Hospitality entity

Responsibilities:

Lead project feasibility studies for new properties and acquisitions in the Middle East

Oversee all phases of development from planning to execution

Ensure alignment with brand standards of international hotel chains

Manage multiple major projects simultaneously

Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives

Rebranding of hotel properties

Overseeing additional hospitality services

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel and hospitality feasibility and development
• Experience with branded hotel chains is essential
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Ability to oversee large-scale projects and meet deadlines
• Relevant experience in new property development and acquisitions
