Job Summary
The Cluster HR Director is responsible to plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy. The position manages the development of the organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Job Responsibilities 1
Manage human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff
Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions, maintaining compensation, designing systems,, resolving problems, implementing change.
Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances, aligning monetary resources, developing action plans, measuring and analyzing results.
Accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities, communicating and coordinating requirements, expediting fulfillment, evaluating milestone accomplishments.
Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Manage all grievance issues and be responsible for all organisational learning and development
Complete regular HR audits to ensure employee files, policies and procedures are up to date.
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Identifies staffing and recruiting needs, develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.
Initiate and supervise the implementation and advancement of human resource processes
Skills
Job Knowledge & Skills
Advanced interpersonal skills across different levels of employees.
Srong understanding of the Qatar Labour Law
Firm and objective decision maker
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 15 years of total experience.
10 years of industry-related experience.
A minimum of 3 years in GCC is preferred.
