Responsibilities:Hands-on strategic partner to the business while designing and implementing a scalable HR strategyTotal rewards program administrationDevelop, execute, and maintain performance management and talent review processesConsistently embody company valuesMaintain a deep understanding of the business and culture inside and out so that you are able to provide strategic HR partnerships to the business leaders and the teams you supportOwn the evaluation and maintenance of HR systems related but not limited to performance management, employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, compensation, and benefits & perksAct with the employee experience top of mind, continuously seeking feedback, and inefficiencies, and maintaining business relationships based on trust and respectProvide leadership in the transformation of the organization's Talent Function and bring to life the goal of being recognized publicly and internally as an organization of choiceLead an ongoing systematic process of moving through a process of change, to build the culture, structure, and programs that will support the long-term growth of the organization in line with our new strategic planLead the process of adoption and integration of the Culture Code in the day-to-day operations of the organization and develop our leaders to be change champions and role modelsEstablish a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, engaging formal and informal learning opportunitiesAct as a critical business partner and trusted advisor, while providing strategic advice to address complex people's needs and issues, ensuring the human impacts of business decisions are factored into planning and decision-makingManage career development, mentoring, and change management programsOversee implementation and analyze employee and equity engagement assessments and other related diagnostic toolsEmbrace continuous improvement; promote HR governance, and the use of data and analytics to drive accountability, learn and adapt to meet changing needsMonitor and proactively analyze leading trends and best practices on talent/leadership strategies and programs to identify improvement/enhancement opportunitiesUndertake a review of current HR policies and develop a plan to rationalize the current approachCoordinate and manage all employee onboarding and compliance training, provide leadership and employee coaching and guidance throughout the year, and the annual performance review and goal-setting cycleReview department programs to ensure they are current and relevant and develop processes to support essential department functionsPrepare departmental operational plans and manage departmental budgetsQualifications:8+ years of experience in HR3+ years in an HR Leadership role, managing a team of direct reportsExperience owning HR operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environmentAnalytical expertise; proficient with data-driven analysis as it relates to HR/PeopleExemplary communication ability, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively influence (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || ()).push({});
