About the job HR Manager

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering a positive work environment. 

Duties & Responsibilities, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and morale.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Create and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Prepare and manage HR budgets.
  • Evaluate and improve HR policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Excellent communication and in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Qatar Driving license.
  • Transferable Visa with NOC.
