HR Supervisor - Oil & Gas/ Energy Industry

About the job HR Supervisor - Oil & Gas/ Energy Industry (Native Arabic Speaker) - 12 months renewable contract

Ensure effective delivery of HR activities such as employee data management, payroll, inclusion of insurances, medical check-up and other HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and assist the HR Manager with updating and maintaining the HR policies and procedures, company
organizational chart and all job descriptions within the company ensuring compliance with company procedures and local governmental regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent years experience in HR & Administration
• 6 + years of experience of which 3 + years are in supervisory roles.
  
• Good knowledge of MS suite of products, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Native Arabic speakers only
• Candidate must have a recent Oil & Gas/Energy industry background
