Creative Teacher / Host / Party Organizer

Are you passionate about creativity, organization, and making people smile? Trocadéro Theme Park at Place Vendome is seeking a dynamic individual to become the Face and HEART of our park. This multifaceted role blends event organizing, party decoration, creative teaching, and hosting duties, offering an opportunity to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.

Role Responsibilities:

Event Organization:

• Plan and organize a variety of events, including birthday parties, corporate events, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for events and decorations.
• Source and manage vendors, including caterers, entertainers, and decorators.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, and scheduling.
• Provide on-site support during events to handle any issues that arise and ensure a seamless experience.

Party Decoration:

• Design and implement creative decoration concepts tailored to each event.
• Set up and take down decorations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure all materials and supplies are prepared and available for activities and events.

Creative Teaching and Activities:

• Lead and facilitate diverse activities such as DIY projects, workshops, coloring, face painting, games, balloon twisting, and dancing.
• Develop and implement creative activity plans that cater to diverse age groups and interests.
• Collaborate with other team members to organize and execute special events and themed days.
• Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere that enhances the guest experience.

Party Hosting:

• Welcome guests and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged.
• Host and oversee party games and activities, ensuring they run smoothly and guests are entertained.
• Maintain the event flow, ensuring all activities are timely and guests are consistently engaged.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in event planning, decoration, teaching, hosting, or a related creative field.
• Strong creative and artistic skills, with the ability to design and execute innovative decorations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire guests of all ages.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Additional skills such as music, storytelling, or sports are a plus.
• Passion for creativity and a desire to make a positive impact.
