The Clinical Nurse is responsible for competently providing safe and effective direct care. The Clinical Nurse assesses care needs, plans, implements and evaluates programs of care to include patients and families. The Clinical Nurse is responsible for ensuring that all duties are carried out to the highest possible standard, aligned to Sidra Standards of Practice. The Hospitalist - Anesthesiology Pediatrics, within the Division of Pediatric Anesthesiology, is a physician with clinical training and a specialist qualification in Anesthesiology. Under supervision of the Attending Physicians, the Hospitalist - Anesthesiology Pediatrics provides family-centered medical care services to medical and surgical patients, to include: • Parenteral sedation for selected patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures • General and regional anesthesia • Pre-procedural anesthesia assessment • Team members of code blue and trauma teams • Assessment and management of acute and chronic pain • After hours in-hospital and on-call services 24/7 (in conjunction with Attending Physician) The Technologist I - XM and Blood Issue performs a broad range of technical and analytical work with a high level of individual skill and judgment, under minimal supervision. The Technologist I - XM and Blood Issue performs any assigned tasks by supervisor or Technologist II. The incumbent is required to observe and maintain a high standard of laboratory health, safety and risk procedures; and works to departmental Standard Operating Procedures, and current professional standards. The Clinical Nurse is responsible for competently providing safe and effective direct care. The Clinical Nurse assesses care needs, plans, implements and evaluates programs of care to include patients and families. The Clinical Nurse is responsible for ensuring that all duties are carried out to the highest possible standard, aligned to Sidra Standards of Practice. The Analyst – Employee Benefits works as part of a key team that designs, implements and coordinates compensation programs across Sidra. The Registered Dietitian I is responsible for providing safe and effective clinical nutrition & dietetic care to Women and Children within Sidra Medicine. The individual works closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient care that is integrated and compatible with the patient-focused medical goals and objectives. Primary responsibilities include application of the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) including completion of the nutrition assessment, determination of the nutrition diagnosis, developing and implementing nutrition intervention(s), and monitoring and evaluating of the patient’s progress. The Physician - Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery is responsible for the delivery of high-quality evidence-based care; effective and efficient diagnosing, managing and treating all patients placed under the role holder’s care. The incumbent makes recommendations, orders appropriate therapeutics and diagnostics, and performs appropriate procedures as per the patient’s diagnosed condition. The Physician - Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery is also responsible for providing guidance to less experienced colleagues. The Program Coordinator - Medical Education Office in Medical Education Office provides educational, logistical and organizational program coordination and support for Director of Medical Education and Program Directors of Residency and Fellowship Training programs in Sidra The Psychologist – Child and Adolescent (Doctoral) is responsible for providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions for children and adolescents (C&A) patients. You will be responsible for evaluating complex psychological data and formulating a formal psychological treatment plan for the patients. Also responsible for providing specialist psychological advice, guidance and consultation to other professionals. You must be currently licensed in your Country of Origin as a Psychologist to be eligible for Licensing in Qatar. You should have had 5+ years’ experience as a practicing Clinical Psychologist, including 2+ working in children’s / young person’s psychology. Fluency in Written and Spoken Arabic is highly preferred.
