Role Description:

Join our team as a Sales and Distribution Head for F&B FMCG business. In this role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of sales and distribution operations for certain business channels. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing distribution channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Set and ensure the achievement of sales-related targets/KPIs for the Business unit, including VOL, RIG, OG, Distribution, Bottle Damages, Drop Size, Weighted Average Price, P&L/Profitability, Optimal Distribution Models, RTMs capability, and any other strategically assigned KPIs or Targets. Continuously monitor and track KPIs for performance evaluation.
• Act as the custodian of the P&L of theBusiness unit. Lead the development of strategies, KPIs, priorities, and goals to ensure sustainable volume and profit growth.
• Evaluate total market conditions, competitive threats, and changing business dynamics that may impact volume, market share, profit, credit recoveries, and other business metrics directly or indirectly.
• Develop and continually evaluate sales & distribution plans, optimization plans, and volume/sales forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
• Ensure complete management of operational fleet and distribution of products to end consumers with a high level of service standard while remaining within the allocated budget. Maximize route efficiencies to optimize operational costs.
• Collaborate with Finance & Supply Chain departments to deliver the overall commercial plan and align strategies for business success.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality and cost optimization through effective distribution management and customer service initiatives, including regular communication, collaboration with customers and functional departments, and flexibility in structures and processes to meet ad-hoc requirements and adapt to changes in the logistics or market environment.
• Develop management techniques and enhance the skills and competencies of team personnel in alignment with the company's business objectives and growth strategies.
• Foster a high-performance culture, ensure overall discipline, and promote strong coordination among the entire team to achieve organizational goals effectively.

Conditions to apply:

• Min 10 years of FMCG sales manager experience, out of which 5 years min in Qatar!
• Experience with direct distribution business model
• Experience managing different retail channels (Modern Trade and Traditional)
• Direct to consumer and managing distributors is a must
• Excellent written and spoken English , Arabic is a plus
