General Manager (Stone, Marble & Granite)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Stone & Marble division. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, from production and quality control to business development and strategic planning. Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Stone & Marble division.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance market position.

Operational Oversight:

• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including production, quality control, and logistics.
• Ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies for cost control and revenue growth.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Recruit and develop key talent to strengthen the division’s capabilities.
• Customer Relations:
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality products and services.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed about industry regulations and standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

Strategic Planning :

• Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans and initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities and challenges.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (7-10 years) in General Manager / Operations Manager role within the stone and marble industry.
• In-depth knowledge of stone fabrication processes, quality control, and industry trends.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of successful business development and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
