Job Description - Head of Aftersales Spare parts

Set quantitative and qualitative objectives for the Aftersales area and technical assistance activities in markets.
Define guidelines for the programming and distribution logistics of spare parts and accessories in line with sales planning.
Prepare all necessary tools for after-sales activities carried out directly or by the technical support network.
Monitor the level of support to the network including technical help desk, training, technical documentation, equipment, service centres etc.
Ensure definition of the spare parts catalogue in accordance with marketing.
Identify, propose, and formulate sales objectives plan in terms of volumes, mix, turnover, market share, profitability for products.
