Job Description Cluster PR & Communications Executive This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the PR department, ensuring effective communication strategies that align with organizational goals. The role will involve supporting the Cluster Director of PR & Communication and the Cluster Media Relations Manager in implementing strategies and activities to promote the hotel and waterpark.

• Coordinate all public relations activities.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure PR efforts are integrated into the broader marketing and corporate strategy.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate PR efforts with marketing initiatives.
• Assist the Cluster Media Relations Manager in related tasks, cultivating new contacts within business and industry media, and organizing and hosting press and media trips.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Public Relations or Marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry, waterpark, and/or a similar capacity.
• Experience using various analytics software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative PR ideas.
• Experience in copywriting for various platforms, including press releases, articles, and promotional materials.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and media monitoring tools.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
• Arabic, Turkish, or Russian language is an asset.
