Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mall of Qatar is seeking a remote Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in implementing innovative strategies to promote the Mall of Qatar brand. This is a full-time, remote position suitable for individuals with at least 2 years of marketing experience at Associate level.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness. 2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging content for social media platforms and digital advertising. 3. Analyze marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. 4. Assist in the coordination of marketing events and activations to engage with the target audience. 5. Support the marketing team in conducting market research and identifying trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or shopping mall environment. 3. Driven and dedicated personality traits with a passion for marketing. 4. Strong innovation and persuasion skills to create compelling marketing campaigns. 5. Excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively in a remote team environment.
