Job Summary
Assists in managing all media and public relations activity both internally and externally. Ensures that the organization has the profile and level of publicity that supports and ensures that the messaging is in line with the organization's vision and brand.
Job Responsibilities 1
Develops, designs collate, tracks, and analyzes media coverage.
Assists in planning, developing, and implementing PR campaigns and media relations strategies with direction from the Communications and Marketing Manager.
Maintains and updates information on the appropriate systems for press releases and internal systems.

Coordinates incoming media requests for photo calls, PR support, events, etc.
Designs collate, track and analyze media coverage.
Maintains and updates information on the appropriate systems for press releases and internal systems.
Edits and updates promotional material and publications (brochures, case studies, videos, social media posts etc.
Assists in planning, developing, and implementing, noting PR campaigns and media relations strategies with direction from the Communications and Marketing Manager.
Builds positive relationships with stakeholders, partners, the media, and the public.
Works and provides feedback with thefeedbacker on the aspect of a potential crisis.
Coordinates press conferences, open days and speeches for senior managers.
Ensures flexibility in working arrangements to meet the needs of the organization.
