Recruitment Manager Job Location : Qatar Job Details : • Any bachelor’s degree • At least 10 years of experience in Recruitment, with at least 5 years as a Recruitment/Team Lead/ equivalent role in the hospitality or related industry • Analyze the supply and demand of the workforce, including factors such as current and projected business needs, employee turnover rates, and market trends. • Develop, implement, and manage the organization’s recruitment strategy, including defining recruitment metrics, regular reporting, and taking corrective actions to address gaps. • Lead the team of Recruiters, Onboarding officers, Recruitment Coordinators, and PRO to ensure the efficient and effective execution of the recruitment and onboarding process. • Certification such as SHRM, CIPD (preferred) • Arab nationalities are preferred.
