Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Hilton in Doha, QA. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and search engine marketing - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts to drive continuous improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Hilton remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software - Hardworking and reliable with a passion for delivering results - Strong people management skills and a knack for driving innovation in marketing strategies
