Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a reliable and energetic Marketing Assistant to join our team in Doha. As a marketing assistant, you will support the marketing team in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote the college's programs and services. This is an associate level position that requires at least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities - Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Support the marketing team in organizing events and activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Provide general administrative support to the marketing department

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Leadership skills and ability to take initiative
