Job Description:

As an Online Digital Marketing Associate at Qatar Steel Company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online customer engagement and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive customer engagement. 2. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain followers. 3. Monitor and analyze online marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results. 4. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing digital marketing assets. 5. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing. 7. Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns. 8. Maintain a strong online presence for the company through various digital channels.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. 3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques. 4. Passionate about digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends. 5. Reliable and able to meet deadlines on time. 6. Innovative mindset with a strong ability to think outside the box. 7. Excellent research skills to stay informed about market trends and competitors. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
