Online Marketing Associate

United Development Company is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online marketing and be energetic and enthusiastic about driving results.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website and social media platforms. 2. Manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. 3. Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI. 4. Create engaging content for online channels, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters. 5. Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online marketing strategies with overall business objectives. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to recommend new and innovative marketing strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in online marketing, with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools. 3. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to marketing challenges. 5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. 6. Passion for innovation and continuous learning. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
