Job Description - Sales and Marketing Executive

GeneralPurpose

Dailyworking directly within the Finance/Credit team, Sales, andcustomers on new dealer documentation, existing dealers, creditquestions, backup Director of Credit on order approval release, and

Main JobTasks andResponsibilities

Sendingand receiving credit applications along with supplementarypaperwork in
Reviewingdocuments to ensure their completion and precision, thenidentifying the legal name and entity of the
Performingrisk analyses and using the findings to inform the amount of creditrecommended to the Director of
Informingcustomers about the outcomes of their credit
Preparing,sending, receiving, and logging customer contracts in
Providingadditional training support to eligible and steadfast customersupon
Ordercredit reports (D&B) for new dealer applications as
Enrollingdealers in the Term Sync payment
FilingUCC-1 secured financing Purchase Money Security Interest in i-lienProcessing amendments and continuation
Collectingand compiling a database of Certificates of Insurance on customersand maintain for the Director of

Backupfor the Director of Credit for order entry to approve customerorders, credit holds and

Manageand apply all payments received in

Contactdealers about short payment on in a credit

Responsiblefor collection of these accounts, whole goods & parts incredit

Assistwith assigned month end duties and running customer

Cashposting of customer payments in

Concurexpense maintenance, review, and data entry for the new salesteam
