We are currently seeking a Chief Cook (C/C) to join our team on board the SK Dynamik, an Offshore - PSV vessel.The vessel is flagged in Tuvalu and the joining port is in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals for the crew in accordance with dietary requirements and food safety standardsPlan and manage the provision of food supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintainedMaintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and food storage areasFollow all safety procedures and regulations while working in the galleyAssist with the loading and unloading of food supplies during port callsCoordinate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations in the galley

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Cook on board offshore vesselsValid STCW certification and seafarer's medical certificateProficient in food preparation and cooking techniquesKnowledge of dietary requirements and ability to cater to various dietary needsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work well in a team and under pressureGood communication skills in English
