During your tenure as Manager in Human Resources (HR)Transformation you will demonstrate and develop your capabilitiesin the followingareas:

  • Own thedevelopment of high quality and impactful deliverables withinagreed timelines to deliver a superior client experience
  • Apply experience in HR Transformation todesign HR strategies aligned to the clients business and identifyopportunities to improve the clients HR operations and technologiesand overall customer experience
  • Recommend mostsuitable HR technologies that meet the clients needs andrequirements
  • Understand how business functionsoperate and how industry / sector trends impact a clientsbusiness
  • Engage in stakeholder engagementactivities and collaborate with clients to understand their needsand solve their most complex and pressing issues
  • Recommend appropriate methods for collectingand analyzing data in order to develop informed recommendationsthat shape or support the clients businessstrategy
  • Organize insights and define alogical and structured flow to tell a story when presentingfindings and / or recommendations
  • Keep abreastof regional and global trends to address client needs and enhancerecommendations
  • Contribute to the managementof workstreams / teams including identifying priorities allocatingtasks providing guidance reviewing work and providing constructivefeedback
  • Support with project managementactivities to ensure project delivery on time within budget and asper quality standards
  • Maintain composurethrough conflict and sensitive situations and escalate issues toengagement/account leadership in a timelymanner
  • Contribute to business developmentopportunities including proposal development and clientpresentations by understanding client requirements and designingappropriate solutions
  • Contribute to practicedevelopment initiatives including culture building eminencerecruiting etc. to continuously enhance the firms valueproposition

Qualifications:

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in HR Transformation. Experience inConsulting is a plus
  • An undergraduate degreein Economics Business Administration Finance Engineering or anyrelevant degree MBA or a relevant Master degree is aplus
  • Good command of written and spokenEnglish and Arabic Languages
  • Certifications inrelated methodologies including PMP CIPD SHRM and Lean Six Sigma isa plus
  • Excellent communication and peopleskills with a strong emphasis on teamwork
  • Demonstrate leadership and teambuildingcapabilities
  • Demonstrate ability to coach andmentor others
  • Ability to operate andunderstand project management disciplines
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skillswith good attention to details
  • Excellentknowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint Wordand Excel
  • Ability to work independently andhandle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline orientedenvironment with flexible work hours
  • Willingness to travel(required)
