Job Summary • Greet and servewalk-in customers providing high level service through productknowledge and based on the set procedures • Process theorders received from Waiters and set them according to servingstandards then ensure they are presented to customers within theserving timeframe • Receive the daily orders, check theitems according to the order specifications, display them in thepresentation fridge and replenish regularly while maintaininghygiene and presentation standards • Take part in theopening and closing duties in compliance with the norms andinternal procedures • Maintain and report all records suchas; the daily training, taste panels and wastage forms and reportany complaints or operation issues to the Manager •Receive and handle cash payments including exchange and moneytransactions while following the set policies • Placeorders for needed products from the Stock Keeper in coordinationwith the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager • Receiveand prepare take away orders making sure they are wrapped accordingto standards and take special orders from customers •Ensure all operation details are clearly communicated to the teamas part of maintaining a proper handover process detailed in thelog book • Ensure a clean environment by implementinghygiene practices such as “Clean as you go”policy and sanitation of the counterdisplay
