• Manage deployment of inbound andoutbound email communications
• Create HTML filesfor email deployment
• Set up, test, and deployemails tied to specific lists
• Assist withdistribution list creation and alignment
• Helpmaintain the communications calendar to ensure right balance ofoutreach and timely completion ofmaterial
• Contribute to various productiontracking reports
• Collaborate with stakeholdersand peers effectively to gather campaign production requirementsand ensure appropriate audiences are reached effectively at theoptimal times with the ideal message
• ConductQA/QC as needed
