With a solidunderstanding of Integrated Asset Performance Management &proven track of selling this solution to key clients in the region,the responsibilities will include vertical penetration strategiesand planning, prospecting and sales pipeline management, accountanalysis and information reporting. In this role, you will beresponsible for: • Identifying Integrated AssetPerformance Management opportunities within existing clients• Leveraging your existing business network to introduceour solution to new clients • Seeking businessopportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating theirposition in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options• Networking and developing relationships with prospects& key industry stakeholders • Keeping abreast ofchanges in the industry to constantly assess viable marketplaceopportunities. • Responding to direct inbound requests andfollows up with all leads and opportunities • Maintainingrelationships with current clients by providing support,information, and guidance; researching and recommending newopportunities for profit and service improvements • Actingas the liaison between ARMS and a key group of select clients,ensuring that all client questions, concerns or requests, arerelayed to the appropriate individual or department and managedthrough to conclusion. • Proactively consult with clientson business issues and seek appropriate solutions/support• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, andsummarizing information relating to current client projects anddelivery • Looking to extend existing client relationshipsat both the site and corporate level through well rounded accountmanagement activities • Conducting Sales Forecastingactivity and revenue achievement in Salesforce to maintaintransparency in activity and the health of the sales pipeline• Completing weekly operations reports and monthly boardreporting as required • Planning, developing and executingsales strategies, to meet regional budgets. • Developinginnovative proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations topotential and current clients • Managing complexsales-cycles which includes our entire Reliability Engineeringportfolio of products and presenting to buyers, decision makers andinfluencers the value of our reliable asset performance •Nurturing clients within the sales cycle with the view to closingsales within the pipeline • Organizing Online and face toface presentations of our solution offering • Maintainingongoing contact with potential clients in the pipeline with theview to closing sales • Preparing bids and contracts tosupport the delivery of ARMS services and solutions Fuel yourpassion To be successful in this role you will: • Have abachelor’s degree in engineering from an accrediteduniversity or college. • Have 8+ years of experience insoftware sales, Reliability, Asset performance management.• Have experienced in managing the entire sales cycle,particularly in closing complex sales. • Fluent in Englishand Arabic. • Demonstrating track record of success inmeeting & over-achieving sales targets (conversion rates& financial) • Experienced managing“A” class customers and expanding wallet sharethrough effective relationship management. • Can work in afast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
