• Develop and implement strategicsales and marketing plans to achieve companyobjectives.
• Reach out to clients top managementto close the business.
• Identify and pursue newbusiness opportunities by effectively networking and reaching outto potential clients.
• Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients ensuring high levels of customersatisfaction and retention.
• Lead the sales teamby providing guidance support and motivation to achieve salestargets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop innovative marketing strategies aligned with salesobjectives.
• Conduct market research to identifytrends competitor activities and opportunities forgrowth.
• Prepare and present regular sales andmarketing reports to top management highlighting key performanceindicators and areas for improvement.
• Representthe company at industry events conferences and exhibitions topromote our products/services and expand ournetwork.
• Stay uptodate with industrydevelopments and best practices to continually enhance sales andmarketing strategies.
• Fluent in Arabic& English with a preference for candidates of Arabicnationality.

Requirements:

• Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business Administration or relatedfield.
• 57 years of experience in sales andmarketing.
• Proven track record of achievingsales targets and driving businessgrowth.
• Strong leadership skills with theability to inspire and motivate a salesteam.
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build rapport with clients andcolleagues.
• Outgoing personality with apresentable approach suitable for representing the company invarious settings.
• Ability to work effectivelyunder pressure and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office andCRM software.
• Flexibility to travel asneeded.
