Job Responsibilities:

As a Financial Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of ECSC by working directly with potential customers to assess their financial needs and sell a variety of financial services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engage with potential customers to determine their financial needs and assess their financial viability.
• Promote and sell a range of financial services and products tailored to meet customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets by effectively managing and converting leads.
• Provide professional sales and customer service support for Business Banking products.
• Assist new and existing customers with inquiries, providing comprehensive solutions and guidance.
• Collaborate with the Business Banking team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct research to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer problems.
• Support departmental functions and assist team members with various duties as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional financial services to existing clients.
• Participate in networking events and industry forums to enhance business development efforts.
• Continuously seek ways to improve sales strategies and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall performance of the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial sales, preferably within the banking sector.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking (Retail / Corporate).
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
