We are looking for a Fleet Sales Consultantto join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Fleet Sales Consultant, youwill be responsible for generating sales leads and managing thesales process for our fleet customers. This includes identifyingpotential customers, understanding their needs, presenting ourproducts and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customersatisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong salesbackground, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and apassion for delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities: • Identify potential fleet customers andgenerate leads through various channels, including cold calling,networking, and referrals. • Build and maintainrelationships with fleet customers, understanding their needs andproviding them with tailored solutions. • Present ourproducts and services to fleet customers, demonstrating theirfeatures and benefits. • Negotiate and close salescontracts with fleet customers, ensuring profitability and customersatisfaction. • Coordinate with internal departments, suchas finance and logistics, to ensure smooth delivery and after-salessupport for fleet customers. • Stay up-to-date withindustry trends and competition, and provide feedback to managementon market conditions and customer preferences. • Meet orexceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth andsuccess of the company. Preferred Candidate: • Provenexperience in fleet sales or a similar role, with a track record ofachieving sales targets. • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build strongrelationships with customers. • Strong negotiation andclosing skills, with the ability to identify and address customerneeds. • Ability to work independently and as part of ateam, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. •Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customerrequirements and provide appropriate solutions. •Knowledge of the automotive industry, including fleet managementand vehicle leasing, is preferred. • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite and CRM software. • Validdriver's license and willingness to travel within Qatar.Skills • Strong sales and negotiation skills •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Proactive and results-oriented mindset • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team • Knowledge of theautomotive industry and fleet management
