A Front Office Supervisor assists in dailyFront Office operations and works with customers and Guests toserve their needs and provide an excellent customer serviceexperience. What will I be doing? As Front Office Supervisor, youwill assist in daily Front Office operations and work withcustomers and Guests to serve their needs and provide an excellentcustomer service experience. A Front Office Supervisor isresponsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and,therefore, must perform the following tasks to the higheststandards: • Assist the Front Office Manager with dailyFront Office operations • Provide prompt service andactively seek opportunities to drive Guest satisfaction •Ensure the team are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback fromeither the Guests or other departments • Manage, resolveor escalate any and all Guest complaints quickly • Workwith all facilities and services provided within the hotel andidentify opportunities for up-selling and promoting new or ongoingevents • Advise team of any special events or VIP Guestsin the hotel for events or for general accommodations •Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and the localarea and be aware of the daily hotel event schedule •Attend all Front Office meetings • Act in accordance withfire, health and safety regulations and follow the correctprocedures when required • Serve your role and Team in anenvironmentally-conscience manner What are we looking for?
