A Housekeeping Attendant will support allHousekeeping and Laundry with guest requests analyzing each requestand delegating between the team members, so that work can be donein an efficient and timely manner ensuring an exceptionalexperience for our Guests. What will I be doing? As HousekeepingAttendant, you will support all Housekeeping and Laundry areas.Specifically, a Housekeeping Attendant will perform the followingtasks to the highest standards: • Ensure consistently highoperating standards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry, asidentified by the hotel brand standards • Provideexcellent guest service • Responsible for checking dailythe guest information in CRM and ensure that the preferences andrequests of the same are met on time • Replaces (a)Laundry Attendant in case of holidays, days off or absences• Cleaning guestrooms mid-stay and after departure• Making beds following the brand standards and trainingprovided • Replacing dirty linens and towels •Restocking guestroom amenities like toiletries, drinking glasses,and room amenities • Removing garbage, recycling, and roomservice trays • Organizing and stocking housekeeping carts• Notifying the maintenance department about brokenappliances, or damage • Upholding the hotel’sconfidentiality and security standards • Respecting“do not disturb” signs and theguest’s privacy • Achieving the departmentalgoals
