We are looking for an HR manager to lead ourHR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across thecompany from recruitment to performance reviews salary reviewsdisciplinary action and learning & development. To performwell in this role you should have experience as an HR manager orother senior roles in the HR team and knowledge around all legalrequirements in this role.
HR ManagerResponsibilities:
- Consistentlyrecruiting excellent staff.
- Maintaining asmooth onboarding process.
- Training counselingand coaching our staff.
- Resolving conflictsthrough positive and professionalmediation.
- Carrying out necessaryadministrative duties.
- Conducting performanceand wage reviews.
- Developing clear policies andensuring policy awareness.
- Creating clear andconcise reports.
- Giving helpful and engagingpresentations.
- Maintaining and reporting onworkplace health and safetycompliance.
- Handling workplace investigationsdisciplinary procedures.
- Maintaining employeeand workplace privacy.
HR ManagerRequirements:
- Bachelors degree inhuman resources management orequivalent.
- Experience in human resources atleast 5 years within a Hospital/ HealthcareFacility.
- Preference for experience inJCIaccredited Hospital.
- Exposure of workingwithin GCC country.
- Ability to build andmaintain positive relationships withcolleagues.
- Experience in educating andcoaching staff.
- Experience in conflictresolution disciplinary processes and workplaceinvestigations.
- Experience in following andmaintaining workplace privacy.
- Ability to givepresentations.
- Knowledge of relevant health andsafety laws.
- Experience using computers for avariety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoftapplications including Word Excel andOutlook.
Arabic and Englishlanguages is a must
NOC and ability totransfer sponsorship is essential.
