Job Overview:As the HR Manager in the food and beverage industry, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Implement performance management processes, including goal setting and career development plans.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Collaborate with departmental managers to address staffing needs and training requirements.

Develop and conduct training programs on topics such as diversity and inclusion and harassment prevention.

Maintain accurate HR records and data, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.

5 years of progressive HR experience in the food and beverage industry.

Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month

Experience:

Human Resources Manament: 5 years (Preferred)
