Job Description:
Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a key role in various human resources functions, ensuring that our organization's human capital is managed effectively and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position is responsible for HR activities such as Performance Management System, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and other HR processes.
Responsibilities:
· Assist line managers in goal setting like defining KRA-KPIs through Job description, performance reviews, and development plans.
· Drive the performance appraisal process.
· Identify training and development needs within the organization.
· Assist in the planning and implementation of training programs.
· Monitor employee development and progress.
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
· Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure policy adherence.
· Maintain and update employee records and databases.
· Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.
· Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and confidential manner.
· Mediate conflicts and work to maintain a positive work environment.
· Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
· Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
· Administer benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
· Post job openings, review resumes, and conduct initial candidate screenings.
· Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
· Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
· Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR9,500.00 per month
