Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Doha, Qatar for a Jr.Sous chef /Chef de partie(Garde Manger). The Jr.Sous chef /Chef de partie(Garde Manger) will be responsible for managing the Garde Manger section in the kitchen and ensuring that all orders are executed correctly. The Jr.Sous chef /Chef de partie(Garde Manger) will also be responsible for their section to follow HACCP standards. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a high-end hotel or restaurant Experience and knowledge of HACCP standards and procedures Experience with international cuisine and menu planning Excellent organizational and management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Culinary degree or equivalent We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
