Developing professional practice, nursing standards and skills and competencies within the Nursing teams by providing clear inspirational leadership Supporting the Medical Director and Vice Presidents (VPs) and senior team members with the implementation of the medical division strategies and expansion Operational management ensuring the safe delivery of nursing services across all departments i.e., primary care, aeromedical medicine, occupational health, global health, lifestyle and performance and infection control and prevention Overall responsibility for the patients experience, ensuring continuous improvement and pathway development Collaborating and working with the senior management team in business case planning and performance management Skills A minimum of 10 years experience post registration within a health-related facility 3 5 years experience related to the management and leadership of various nursing teams within health services primary care, outpatients, ambulatory care, occupational health nursing or aviation nursing Masters degree in a health, leadership or management position Relevant Degree / Qualification in Nursing Practice BSN / BSC or equivalent Significant experience of leading change across multiple sectors #J-18808-Ljbffr
