About the opportunityManaging the operation of on-demand delivery and maintaining excellent customer experience 24/7. Taking ownership of staffing, service levels, and communication with stakeholders. Monitoring, measuring, and improving compliance and performance of drivers. Leads a strong team to achieve targets and goals.
