Job Summary:We are seeking a diligent and reliable Packing Helper to assist in the packaging and preparation of products for shipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are securely packaged and organized for safe transportation.Job Responsibility:- Assist in the packaging and labeling of products according to specifications provided by the supervisor.- Carry out quality checks on packaging materials to ensure they meet established standards.- Organize and maintain an inventory of packaging supplies and materials to ensure adequate stock levels.- Operate packaging machinery and equipment such as sealers and shrink wrap machines.- Load and unload goods on and off delivery trucks or containers.- Assist in inspecting and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all packaging waste is disposed of properly.- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations at all times.SkillsCandidate Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.- Good organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work well in a team environment.- Basic mathematical skills.- Familiarity with packaging materials and equipment is a plus.- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed.
