Job Description:

Silatech is seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a PR Associate, you will be responsible for managing and executing public relations initiatives to promote the organization's mission and programs. This position requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement public relations strategies to raise awareness of Silatech's initiatives. 2. Write press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials. 3. Cultivate relationships with media outlets and pitch stories to secure coverage. 4. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote the organization. 5. Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and other media events. 6. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for senior management. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with organizational goals. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in PR.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or a related field. 3. Strong writing and editing skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Resourceful and motivated attitude. 6. Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Knowledge of digital media and social media platforms.
