Job Description: Are you fluent in both Arabic and English with a strong background in sales, commercial management, and business development? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Commercial Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and overseeing commercial activities to maximize profitability and market share. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders. Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sale to ensure favorable outcomes and long-term partnerships. Manage and nurture existing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and addressing their needs and concerns. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to support sales initiatives and drive business performance. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budget proposals, and performance reports to senior management. Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Coach, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve individual and collective goals, providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or relevant professional certifications preferred. Proven experience in sales, commercial management, and business development, with at least minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is required. Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets in a competitive market environment. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
