We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Staff member fluent in Arabic to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. This role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote our ravel Consultancy, driving customer acquisition and retention, and enhancing brand awareness.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
#### **Sales Responsibilities:**
1. **Customer Acquisition:**
- Identify and target potential clients who require visa services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, businesses, and organizations to generate sales leads.
2. **Sales Presentations and Negotiations:**
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
4. **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and market feedback.
#### **Marketing Responsibilities:**
1. **Marketing Strategy Development:**
- Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote visa services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
2. **Content Creation and Management:**
- Develop and manage marketing content in Arabic and English, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content is culturally relevant and appealing to the target audience.
3. **Digital Marketing:**
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
4. **Event Coordination:**
- Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, and seminars to promote visa services.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
5. **Collaboration and Coordination:**
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
6. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
### **Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the visa services or travel industry.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing and sales strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).
### **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in the Qatari market.
- Knowledge of visa application processes and regulations.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and software.
