Responsibilities

• Greet customers, offer assistance andserve them in order to ensure their need are answered in a timelymanner and in compliance with quality and customer servicestandards.
• Assist customers in their purchasedecision by helping them select relevant and appropriate products,offering proper advice and suggesting gist vouchers whenapplicable.
• Arrange and replenish on acontinuous basis the shop and ensure that the shop floor andshelves are kept clean and tidy at alltimes.
• Watch for and prevent security risks andthefts and escalate occurring incidents to the hierarchy in atimely manner in order to avert loss.
• Performphysical and electronic inventory of shop products on a regularbasis as per Company guidelines in order to ensure accurate stockkeeping.
• Arrange and display receivedmerchandise under the direction pf the Merchandiser/ Shop Manager;change tag prices during promotion periods or asneeded.
• Take measurements for any neededalteration, assign price according to set price list, fill thealternation book, and notify tailor of theamendments.
• Up-sell and cross-sell products andservices in order to reach hourly and daily salestarget.
• Inform Department Manager ofunavailable and nonperformingproducts.
• Merchandize products under theappropriate sections according to sales trends, date of release,and as per the Department Managerrecommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is aplus.
• Proficiency in MSOffice
• Fluency inRussian
