Sales & Business Development Manager- HVAC Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical, Production/Industrial)NationalityAnyVacancy1 VacancyJob Description a) Managing and developing all sales activities for the company in the region.b) Developing business with MEP contractors, Consultants and Customers at all levels.c) Facilitating long term business growth by working towards Vendor Listing with major consultants and creating a network of connections across industry to facilitate growth.d) Responsible for sales volume, forecasting and sales growth, by maintaining existing customer base and increasing new customer base within designated sales territorye) Use CRM and ERP as necessary to record customer information, sales tracking, forecasting, booking and executing sales processesf) Actively participate in developing a sales structure and sales team to accomplish sales targets and offer the best sales strategy for market penetration.g) Conduct weekly sales meetings and ensure submission of daily and weekly sales logs by all sales executives.i) Ensure timely recovery of customer payments in line with customer agreed terms.j) Handle, manage and control all sales processes with minimal supervision from management.k) Managing the overall day to day Sales Department and sales target for Qatar.l) Reporting to management with periodic reports: Weekly and Monthly Sales Report, Quarterly Sales Report including forecast.m) Responsible for sales and marketing activities in Qatar in coordination with Group Marketing Head and ensure the achievement of Country sales target.n) Provide with annual projected sales targets and present a roadmap plan to achieve it.o) Meet with consultants and undertake planning and processes to get the company listed with MEP consultants as qualified and reliable vendorp) Set sales team goals and targets and engage with key customers and work together with Sales personnel to ensure to success of sales lead.s) Identify and follow-up new business opportunities.t) Analyze and read customer needs, competitor moves and market trends and draw the right short term/tactical but also strategic and long term conclusions for Qatar market.u) Maintain and build up relationships and networks with the relevant decision makers beyond direct Customers.w) Ensure profits are protected and enhanced through evaluating the financial aspects of the business.x) Build, select, lead, manage, develop and motivate a healthy strong team.y) Develop, support and regularly monitor review of sales team performance in Qatar.Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 10 years experience spearheading the sales and business development activities in Qatar marketBachelors of Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent5-6 years recent most experience in HVAC IndustryEmployment Type Full Time Company Industry Air ConditioningHVACDepartment / Functional Area Business DevelopmentKeywords Sales Business DevelopmentHVACDamperAccousticsDuctDisclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
