· Training new employees and developing existing employees, and monitoring their sales performances
· Conducting timely performance evaluations, monitoring performance, and initiating action to strengthen results.
· Motivating employees and converting monthly targets into weekly or daily targets
· Monitoring and setting plans for achieving Gross Profit (GP)
· Achieve growth and achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
· Supporting conflict resolution and decision-making
· Overseeing operations, pricing, and stock
· Coordinating promotional activities with marketing team
· Handling corporate enquiries and coordinating with corporate sales department.
· Communicating and reporting performance, budget to Retail Head.
· Enforcing risk and risk analysis, using SWOT & SMART techniques
· Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
· Monitoring budgets as planned.
· Monitoring social media campaigns and website product listing.
· Analyzing all market data, market price of products, maintaining pricing strategies and planning actions where necessary.
· Maintain staff profiles for yearly and monthly evaluation.
· Conduct a monthly interview with Supervisors and Floor Managers.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
